Join the Polish-Moldavian NGO Matchmaking event!
Warsaw, 4 August 2026 — Is your organization planning to expand its international cooperation? Do you plan projects with a partner from abroad but don’t know where to start? Join a unique workshop designed to help you turn an idea into a real project!

Poland is a country that has undergone extensive political, administrative, social, and educational reforms. Alongside its many successes, this process has yielded valuable lessons learned from its challenges, insights that NGO activists are eager to share internationally.

As an official EU candidate country since 2022, Moldova is actively seeking to expand its European partnerships, with its civil society looking for opportunities to collaborate with NGOs across EU member states.

We believe that NGOs from both countries may offer a lot to each other. Our intention is to support the process of international exchange of experience.

When and where?
19-22th October 2026, Warsaw (Poland).

Why should you apply?
Instead of boring lectures, we offer a concrete process from introduction to partnership, divided into 4 days:
• 1st day (Getting to know each other): You will arrive in Warsaw in the evening and have a first integration activity with Polish-Moldavian group.
• 2nd day (Building relationships): You will learn how the NGO sector works in both countries and you will present your own organization. Then you will participate in meetings with potential partners to get to know each other better and begin the planning phase.
• 3rd day (The Project): Together with your new partner, you will prepare the outline of your first project under the guidance of experts.
• 4th day (Planning next steps): You will present Your Polish-Moldavian project to the group and decide together what you will do to keep in touch with the partner and change your idea into a real activity

What will you gain by joining?
You will:
• Gain direct contacts with NGO leaders from Poland and Moldova.
• Develop a ready-to-use project outline developed during the workshops.
• Discover key funding opportunities supporting international cooperation.
• Learn how to navigate cultural and communication differences effectively.
• Receive full coverage of costs including of travel, meals and accommodation.

Who are we looking for?
Polish and Moldavian non-governmental organizations (associations, foundations) that are open to international cooperation, regardless of their level of experience. What matters is a willingness to take action and a readiness to communicate in English (basic linguistic support will be provided).
